15 minutes from RDU, 1.9 miles away from awesome downtown Cary, 350 yard walk to Harris Teeters & array of restaurants including great NC BBQ (Mike's BBQ). Backyard with deck and grill opens up right onto greenway with Bond Lake 0.9 mile bike or walk away! Godbold tennis courts, skate park and dog park 2.0 miles away! Great base for a family to work from home and / or explore what NC has to offer: Crabtree Lake, Jordan Lake, Umstead Park, NC Museum of Art, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke and NC State and a heck of a lot of great breweries! Recently remodeled home that make a great escape, work remotely or base for visiting and exploring!

✪ Living Room- Two mid-century modern chairs with full size couch and coffee table. Ample room for chilling.
✪ Bedrooms- Master with king bed, vaulted ceiling and full private bath with tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, Bedroom 3 doubles as office and bedroom with full king sized air mattress.

✪ Dining Room- table seats 4 comfortably and 6 close family style ;-).
