The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, but carpeting was old and stained, especially in halls and stairways. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was okay. No experience with pets. Some loud people on the fifth floor.

To me, the staff stood out in particular it was the manager. I can’t remember her name, but and Linda, the supervisor of housekeeping, as well as Eduardo they all went out out of their way to help me out and feel comfortable.!!!

Staff was friendly but the property was dirty and in disrepair. Trash in the elevator and halls the walls had repairs that looked worse than the issue it was repairing, a sink was held up by caulk. The room had patches of carpet that were mismatched to cover holes. There were no USB ports in the rooms to charge anything without a plug. The pictures online are totally inaccurate.

The front desk clerk was the best part of the whole experience. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. The hotel itself, however, was pretty sad. Every public area in the hotel had a strong marijuana odor. The smell even made it into my room. In some areas, it was so strong it made me nauseous. I went to lower the curtain in my, and when I did, the entire assembly fell off the wall. Some other guests on my floor were loud, obnoxious, and entirely disruptive. Called front deck twice but was unable to get a representative on the phone. Also, both elevators were out of order. Found a few dead bugs in my room

We brought our dog with us. They put us in the pet floor. The stray was good but people don't clean up after their pets. Poop was all over the ground. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches, & a waffle/ pancake maker. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. Other than that. A good one night stay that that a good one night stay

I stayed here 4 years ago and was a good expirence so stayed again with my wife and got a second room for her Dad. We booked as we were going to a Hurricanes game. The first 2 rooms they gave us had stains and hair all over the sheets, lights not working, and toilet running (biggest issue was the smell of weed and tobacco smoke). I requested new rooms and we got them with not issue. The new rooms were better but we also had to leave so did not inspect too much. Coming back after the game i went thought the door on the side (for got to mention only 1 elevator works and it is in very poor shape, marks all over it, sticky carpet, strong smell etc..). The door had no handle, i pulled it and it opened. I laughed and got in. My wife said thats scary and i tried to not make a big deal out of it. On our floor, there was a seemingly homeless couple right by the elevator on drugs that we skirted by to get quickly to our rooms. That night there was commotion all night and we could not sleep. Learned my mistake and will never be returning. I am never one to complain, i take a lot and travel a lot. I left out a lot of details of things in our room not working and other expirences as it would be so much to type. This was the worst expirence and would not recomnd to my worst enemy. Not wanting to go our your door fearing homeless people is a wild fear to have in a hotel. Never again lights didnt work (also smelt like weed and
