When checking the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property needs updating. House cleaning staff didn’t leave extra towels after taking the used ones. They didn’t identify themselves when knocking on the door. Coffee supplies were not replenished.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions. Condition of hotel is deteriorating. No soap in bathrooms. Stains on bathroom facilities. Stains on walls ( need to be freshly painted. )
Dirty entryway. Inaccessibility to door entry ( blocked by concrete wall ). The shuttle to Duke Medical facility seems to be 'on again-off again' availability. The breakfast is too high-priced for choice of selections. Cereal, yogurt, oatmeal,etc, most were cold foods and equivalent to vending machine capabilities. ($15 a bit unreasonable).
On a good note, the last 4 stays found the pool was inaccessible and not available. It was available this time, but I was unable to make use of it due to time of arrival. Will probably seek another facility next visit.

The price was right, but past the check-in things went downhill. The property looked abandoned both inside and out. For example the lounge area was basically closed with the service area covered with tarps. The pool was drained and broken. The "business center" right next to my room had broken windows and was being used as a trashy storage space.
