We had come in for a football game at UNC and the location was very convenient. Close to the airport and close to the stadium. It was perfect for the six of us and very comfortable with enough space for everyone to spread out. The host was great and communication was awesome as he answered all my questions quickly and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this location for your North Carolina visit.

Our host Albert was very detailed with our check-in and check out directions. We never had to reach out to him for anything; as he provided us with all that we needed before our arrival. The house was spacious, super clean and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. I would stay here again if I am ever back in the area for work or pleasure.

Very responsive owner and suppler convenient location

House is centrally located and just as described. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave us access after checkout to grab something we forgot. We had a comfortable stay with our two boys helping us to transition during a move so our kids could finish out the school year. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone coming through the triangle area!

5 Stars We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Wedding trip

The house was very clean and had all amenities needed. The only issue we had was that there were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. We were staying there for a family wedding and the lack of mirrors was a bit of a problem.

Good Quality, Poor Upkeep

The overall location, bedroom sizes, and listing are good and accurate. It is an easy neighborhood to commute in and out of and great proximity to all the desired attractions. The house is in need of a through look through from the property manager. Everything felt as if the home had not been quality checked in a while. As examples: There we're seven differed burned out light bulbs that were noticed. All of the trash bags were either too large or too small for their respective containers. The kitchen appliances and cooking utensils were all low quality. One bathroom towel rack fell off the wall because it was installed upside down.
