As stated in the house rules, there is an automatic minimum $250 service fee for any violations of house rules that require additional cleaning and/or cause damage. We have tried to make it comfortable for you and all future guests, and have been thoughtful in the amenities we provide. Great, pet-friendly property. Right across from NCSSM, great for walking your dog. Felt very safe at all hours. Very quiet (people mentioned the train whistle but it was way in the distance and barely noticeable; same with the street traffic.) Apartment had such old fashioned charm; high ceilings, old (covered up) fireplace in one bedroom. The only issue was with people in the upstairs apartment, could hear every footstep and lots of creaking, but they were only there one night. Owner thought of everything: soap, shampoos, body wash, tea, coffee, etc. would definitely stay again.
I loved my stay and am looking forward to staying here next time I am in Durham. The apartment was lovely, location was great, and Emily was very helpful. Checking in and out was a piece of cake.
