Great new property with free parking right in central Raleigh. Nice decor. Close to 2 museums. Good Italian restaurant just across the road, and a good Greek restaurant about 3 blocks away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was never serviced though nor trash removed during our three night stay so that was kinda gross. The hotel is recently redone, has a fun bar lounge and outside area. The main issue was how incredibly noisy it was at night- you hear every single car, train (yes, a train) driving by. I’m a light sleeper so that was just painful every night.

Great staff. Excellent adaptive reuse property. Room well appointed, robes, mini fridge, safe in room, great work area, excellent bed and linens and toiletries. Highly recommend.
