We have stayed at this location several times. On previous stays we always commented on how comfortable the beds were. This time however the bed was hard as a rock. It was not the same as previous stays.

The property is a good value for what it is. You have a small condo complete with kitchen and fireplace. The rooms are dated and are worn, but they are clean. You really can’t find a better deal for a condo rental in the area.

Rocking and Rolling at Riviera Oaks (Julian Quake)

Nice fast, easy check in and out. Friendly staff greeted me and explained the resort area and answered my questions. Nice quiet room with all amenities for a great stay. They also have additional items available for use. The bed was very comfortable and bedroom had plenty of storage space. The furniture looks a little dated but still very nice. Two Sliding glass doors to let in fresh air and light.
