I booked this property for a three-night stay with my 79-year-old mother while we visited my seriously ill 85 year old father in hospital. Unfortunately, we had to leave after the first night because of serious safety and hygiene concerns. The shower door came away and fell onto my mother. The kitchen window was also smashed, with shards of glass clearly visible, and the property smelled strongly of urine. We reported these issues to the letting agent and explained why we could not remain at the property. Despite the seriousness of the incident, we received no meaningful response or assistance. We therefore had to find and pay for alternative accommodation for the remaining two nights. The condition of the property was completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication from the letting agent made an already distressing situation considerably worse. I could not recommend this property.
