Staff was extremely nice, almost too nice, part of the reason im only grading a 3 star. I understand it was 20 degrees outside but allow drunk homeless people to corral by the fire outside and welcome them inside, and my safety is at stake cause they keep coming up asking to bum a smoke, or if i wanna be their friend today, then have them throw up all over outside where the fire is at, and they try to talk to you but keep staggering and tipping over, even though i expressed to the clerk my concerns. Just made me feel uneasy, and not safe when im the one that paid to stay there. Price was great! Like i said staff was too nice to allow homeless in the front doors, sit down and eat their food from the trash at a table is my biggest issue.
