Picked this hotel for 2 main reasons. 1.) location close to city center. 2.) has a hot tub... Well, 1 of the 2 hot tubs was out of order. The remaining Hot Tub was luke warm at best and the jets didn't work. Then to add insult to injury, they charge $15 PER DAY parking. NOT PER STAY - but PER DAY.

Very beautiful place. I don’t understand the 15.00 parking fee. This is not a big metropolitan city. In the room there were 2 bottles of water and they were charging 5.00 a bottle. The air vent in the bathroom was full of black dust.

When we arrived the front desk guy was talking to much, and couldn’t talk and work at the same time. We gave him a hint, we just wanted our room, and he continued to talk about other customers and their stay. My husband asked for a quiet room and they gave us a very loud room. When we went back, another person, lady, was gonna give us another room, saying, no problem, we have different room, the guy said no. It was very loud, above heavy traffic and bar scene. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

We got the king suite as the hotel was sold out. 100% worth every penny. The bathtub with jets alone sold the room! Will stay in the king suite again.

Don’t stay there when there is an event at The Monument. They charge $15 a night for parking and there is nowhere to park until late at night. They iet people scream and holler at the bar until 2:00 in the morning so don’t go there if you plan on sleeping. All rooms face the bar.
