There was no Laundry area that I could see. The room had dirty windows, there was hair in the shower area, black mold in the bathroom area. The elevator had no lighting. We were on the second floor and had to use elevator as my husband is disabled. There was no light in the elevator to see which floor you were on or what floor to get off. It was a hit or miss.

They over charged me and it was dirty. The sheets weren't even changed. Bedbug stain on sheets. I'll never stay there againthey also charged me for 10/01/2025 to 10/02/2025 and I didn't even stay there the first charge to my card is for$59.17 and the next one is$66.13. and that front desk lady is the one that canceled my bookings. I want myoney back asap

Pool was cold, hot tub was not working and had bugs in it and there was NO LIGHT in the elevator. A light went out in our room, and no one came to check our rooms the whole time (no service). Breakfast was fine, and front desk was nice. Seemed busy all the time?

BEDBUGS, MOLD AND COCHROACHES IN BOTH ROOMS! DO NOT STAY HERE! With the mold, cochrach and bathtub that would not drain when taking a shower and leaving you standing in at least 6 inches of water, I tried to get a refund for the second night and was going to go somewhere else. I was told I could not get a refund but could get a new room. We had noticed bites on my husband but wasn't sure what from until we found bed bugs crawling in the bed with us in the new room. Went to the front desk and was told we could get a new room. We shook all our stuff out and left to go to a new hotel. She only offered a new room, UNEXEPPTABLE!

Decided to stay because it was a cheap option. Walking in to the hotel it looked fine. The elevator had no lights, there were bugs in our room including roaches, and the pool was so cold that it was unbearable. Do not recommend unless you really just need a very affordable place to sleep.

Booked the room not knowing the hotel was CLOSED so had to pay for a new room somewhere else while we wait a week or longer for a refund. Don't allow bookings if you arent open.

First room we got given after booking a single queen was a double queen room right next to the front desk. Right off the bat the toilet wasn’t flushed and there was brown gunk on the sink I wiped off. Then I found someone’s used hair rubber bands on the floor and a bag of takis with crumbs all over the floor. The next thing I noticed was hairs in the bed on the sheets and the corner of the room was carelessly splattered with sheet rock from a ceiling repair, so much so that it was on the curtains and lamps, as well as the unplugged phone I found tucked away in a drawer, as if the staff was trying to hide the shame of such a gross hotel room. Oh and the bathtub was black. I asked for a different room which the clerk obliged.The second room we got was a single queen room 2 doors down which appeared to be fine, until we lifted the sheets and found mold and crusty gunk in the middle of the bed. After this we promptly left and got a room somewhere else.
