First they messed up the reservation and made us to stand in lobby with kids for nearly two and half hours for checkin, even though showing them the reservation confirmation. Coming to checkout was not allowed to leave the property as Expedia and Hyatt had payment issue for the reservation. Staff was very rude for. Checking threatening for actions if not paid for reservation

Terrible Experience

Like so many others, we were there 5 days, called the front and asked the front desk in person several times about getting new towels and our room cleaned and not once was this ever done. Finally dumped our own trash in the hallway garbage and took towels from an unattended cart in the hallway. With the AC running everything in the room was damp. It was by far the worst service I've received at any hotels in a long time.

Terrible stay

Check in really slow. Terrible night sleep. Out side the windows it was like two jet motors. So noisy. They were vents for the parking garage. Call front desk told them the noise was unbearable and I wanted different room. She said they were full. I told her I wanted my money back. Said the could not as it was hotels.com. Called several hotels. All full. I was in a suite so I pulled the mattress off and pulled over to living room area. Closed the two doors to bedroom. Noise was better. So uncomfortable can’t sleep. I am typing this a 2:30 am as I can’t sleep. If I don’t get my money back. I am going to take the hotel to small claims court. My wait to get checked on was because another guest was arguing a bill. He was pissed. Can’t recommend this place. All total the bill was 500.00

Grossed out Daughter

The place was clean, a plus while travelling. Our issue was that we found a bug that had been killed and mashed into the sheet. The little gem was hidden under a pillow. I know things happen but when you pay for clean you expect it. Imagine sleeping in bed, then moving the pillow and find yourself eye to eye with Mr. Dead Bug.
