Take in the sandstone cliffs on both sides of the canyon while the kids play on the swing set. We frequently see big horn sheet, deer, and turkeys in the backyard. This restored home features three bedrooms, a beautiful outdoor living area, and in-unit washer and dryers. The home is located in Cleghorn Canyon - minutes from downtown restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive to all the Black Hills has to offer - Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, Needles Highway, & much more! You will have access to the entire home and can easily enjoy morning and evening walks in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There are parking spots for three cars on site. You are a few minutes drive from all of Rapid City’s shopping, breweries, and coffee shops. The home is central to everything the Black Hills has to offer. 25 minutes to Mount Rushmore. 35 minutes to Sheridan Lake. 45 minutes to Sylvan Lake, the Custer game loop & much more!

Good but not a single story that accommodates handicapped or elderly with limited mobility
I wished there were more photos to tell the story. I thought we were heading to a single story easy access vacation home in the hills, and what we rented was a house with a walk up basement with a very steep and narrow staircase, the outside stairs to the front door, had no railing making it super difficult for my elderly family member to maneuver. The house was not set up for our arrival and needed sheets rewashed. The yard grass was about a foot tall when we got there. After some back and forth with the rental group and cleaning crew they quickly helped alleviate this.
