It was clean and the breakfast was good. The sink in my room was a little slow. I had an issue with the people in the room above me. VERY noisy. It was never resolved.

This was a motel along our trip route that we've used multiple times in the past. It has queen, comfortable beds and a standard motel breakfast. It's clean, and we'll likely use it again.

From the front desk staff to the housekeeper, everything couldn’t have been better. Spacious room, comfortable beds, travelers amenities, great hot breakfast. Convenient location, clean pool and spa, warm fresh cookies at the front desk. It has all a traveler needs.

A great place to stay!

Very nice hotel, super clean with friendly employees. The free breakfast was awesome, lots of variety. The egg omelettes were fantastic! We had never been to Rapid City before, it's centrally located and was easy to find. This hotel was the perfect place to stay and it had comfortable beds and plenty of parking. I highly recommend it!

Overall experience was good. Our Toliet was jacked up and wouldn't flush right. The water pressure and available hot water was less than optimal. Also, I'm not keen about having to ask them to do the maid service. It usef to be a given.

We stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of being able to have our pets with us. We typically stay at the LaQuinta across the street but decided to stay here due to it being a bit cheaper. We wish we would have stay at the other hotel. This hotel had us on the 3rd floor with our two dogs. The elevator was extremely slow for only having 4 floors so we were forced to run the dogs down the stairs to get them outside. The dog area was mowed but was mainly weeds and there were never any dog disposable bags so we had to run to Menards to pick some up. The floors in the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like dog urine and our room was not much better. The room was outdated and the floors could definitely be replaced. One of the mattresses in our room did not have a mattress pad that wrapped down arounds the sides, so as I was checking the mattresses, the one mattress had a large red stain in the upper right that was disgusting. Luckily we did not have any bed bug bites which I had feared due to the stain on the mattress, not knowing what it was from. I did ask the girl at the front desk if we could be placed on a lower floor due to our dogs and she had no suggestion. A bike gang also stayed at the hotel while we were there and they allowed them to leave their bikes parked under the entrance awning making it difficult for others to drive through as you left the hotel. I would rate this hotel no better than the quality of a Motel 6. We were definitely unhappy!
