Room was clean and very comfortable. The pool area was a little small and the temperature was extremely hot but there were many other areas in the hotel with common space for gathering if you’re traveling with others. The breakfast was top notch. Lots of options and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband did go to the front desk to get a new room key and the front desk staff handed him a new key, no questions asked. All he had to do was state our room number, and not give a name or show identification. So if safety is of any concern this may not be your top choice.

Room was good and pet friendly. We had our large dog and plenty of space for her. The breakfast was not as good this time as we have had in the past at the same hotel, but still decent. Items ran out and weren't replenished. The spa is comfortable, but the chlorine level was harsh and burned our eyes and noses. Overall, we do like this hotel because its pet friendly and we can cook food in our room or on the patio. Its a good family choice.

Loved our stay

Really lovely staff and rooms. They are public and pet friendly so my only suggestion is to bring air fresheners, it was to be expected, we didn’t bring our pets this time but will next time. The rates were reasonable in my opinion. Breakfast - staff was absolutely sweet and courteous, the food - delicious, Pool/work out areas were simple and pleasant

Check-in was horrible, I tried to pay on cash for room and put the incidental charges on my card and was told I couldn't, I do it all the time at other places so was confused why I couldn't. The next day went to get fresh towels after our event and saw 2 couples check-in pay cash and pit incidentals on a card. I asked if they could do that and the attendent different from the night before said of course you can, when I checked out this morning the attendent again different from the others asked if I was payimg in cash and I said no you already took the money from my card and told her what happened and she said sorry that I was told that. The breakfast was great, great service and friendly staff for most of the trip.
