It was nice and clean. Housekeeper was very friendly and did a fantastic job..Kept us supplied with fresh clean towels for our 4day stay. Breakfast was ok normal stuff,toast muffins waffles etc.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Someone came in and covered up the smoke detector with plastic half way through our stay. Door keypad stopped working and we got locked out. Mgr said to come back in 3 months bcuz they are remodeling and everything will be better … they told us that a year ago too.

The place looks brand new. They have a breakfast that was yummy. Loved the sweet lady who checked us out this morning.

Staff was extremely rude at check in and barely looked up from their phone. Room was dirty and I found several bugs throughout the room. The sheets had holes and snags. The carpet had stains. The arm chair was filthy. Would never stay here again.

This place is bad. Paint chipping from the walls. Lots of dead bugs in the window. Live bugs in the room. Shower curtain rod barely holding on. Pubic hair on the folded washcloth, cold hot tub, not very good breakfast options.... I will not be back.

This hotel was a bargain for the comfort and breakfast included. Pleasant staff and comfortable clean room. The fan on the ac/ heat doesn’t work on constant run if you want some white noise. This is important here as the hotel is very close to I 90 with constant semi trucks rolling by. Suggest requesting a room on the south side of the hotel to avoid the traffic noise or use silicon earplugs like I resorted to for peaceful sleep.

Nice facility, but clueless & arrogant management

While the hotel was nice enough, without ANY warning from management painters were brought in to paint the exterior of the building. While I was napping one afternoon the painters showed up & painted the wall in front of my car splattering paint on my car. When I complained to management the woman behind the desk responded that she couldn't believe that I would park my car where painters would get paint on it!!!

They had a hard time finding my reservation through this app. Took a while to check in. Couldn’t watch anything on the TV other than ABC without an Amazon Prime account. Tubi appeared to be installed but got some warning and couldn’t use it. The cover on the bed was terribly thin. Not comfortable. Noise from traffic on the highway and loud motorcycles/vehicles seemed amplified. Didn’t get much sleep.
