Welcome to the suite that we affectionately call Lola. This building and has been remodeled from top to bottom and currently has two separate suites. Lola has lots to offer, we hope you enjoy your stay!

About the property:
The property is located on the west side of Rapid City providing easy access to Canyon Lake Park and Meadowbrook Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer.

What some guests don't love about our listing:
➄There is some potential for traffic noise. The house is located on a fairly busy street. The traffic is much lighter during the evening/night and isn't very noticeable while in the house.
➄Lola is one of three suites in the building, the other two are Annie and June. Annie is attached (side by side) and June is the basement suite. There is potential for some noise from the other suites. We provides fans in case you prefer some white noise while you sleep.
➄We are located next door to a commercial office building. There is some daytime traffic in the parking lot but it is quiet at night.
➄We don't have a yard or any outdoor grassy area. We do have a patio and are located across the street from Canyon Lake Park.

Our home sleeps 12 guests with three king beds, one sofa sleeper, and four twin beds.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances.

Other details to note:
-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time.

-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund.

- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. 

- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

- No pets allowed in the home.

- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

- The maximum occupancy on this property is 12 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation.

- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.

- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

This place was Amazing. Located in a perfect part of town with a beautiful park and golf course right in front of the house ..You are walking distance from a very good pizzeria and bar wirh slot machines, the house has everything you need .It sleeps 10 ppl easy with one room with 2 sets of bunk beds, and 3 full baths . The owners where great as we had some technical issues with our trailer and they let us stay extra time while we figured out our issues..We will definitely be coming back to this place and ,we highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Rapid Ciry

4 Day Golf Reunion

I and 3 other lifelong friends rented the "Lola Suite" for a 4 day golf trip/high school reunion. All 4 of us were extremely happy with the accommodations. The 3 bedrooms with King sized beds (2 with beautiful adjoining bathrooms) were great! The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful (as was every room in the rental) and we utilized it a majority of our stay for socializing) due to its large center island which easily accommodates up to 8 adults. Adam, our VRBO host, was always very courteous, professional and a timely communicator throughout our stay! I can not find one single negative comment to make about the entire rental itself. I would highly recommend this VRBO and personally would not hesitate to rent it again in the future!

Great location to all the area attractions!

Overall this stay was great, we had 2 families staying under one roof. The bedrooms with attached baths was perfect for the couples, and 2 sets of bunk beds were great for the younger boys. A central, fully stocked kitchen and on site laundry made the trip more relaxed. We grilled outside, explored the park right across the street and made an easy 30-60 minute drive to all the attractions. Downtown rapids city was a wonderful place to explore and eat!! We did run into a couple hiccups along the way, but the host was quick to get things fixed, to the best of his abilities. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay! Liked the area as well. Very spacious place for a big group, we had 4 kids with us 2 toddlers and 2 babies. The only downside of the place is that it’s very loud and it’s either too dark or too bright. The water pressure in the showers weren’t great either.

Excellent choice for a Black Hills getaway!

The property is in excellent condition, and is even better in person than the pictures. Our party had 4 adults and 4 children and we had more than enough room. The host was great and super responsive to any questions. Check-in was very easy and the host graciously accommodated an early check-in to fit our scheduling needs. I highly recommend Lola! We will definitely book again in the future!

Nicely Updated Home (duplex unit)

This unit was perfect for our group of 3 adults, 3 children - different generations. The beds were great and there was plenty of room! We loved the updated current modern kitchen and furnishings. No yard for the kids was slight bummer but not a deal breaker. Walked to the little corner store and across the busy street to the beautiful park. Had a baby deer visit on front patio area one morning which was delightful! The cleaning of the floors could be improved as they were sticky to walk on with or w/out shoes. All in all - very nice home and it worked perfectly for us! Thanks you so much!

Perfect Home Away From Home!

We stayed at "Lola" for during our trip to South Dakota and we absolutely loved this property! The bunk room, the play kitchen, and the many board games were a huge hit with our kids! It was so helpful to have all the amenities provided- soap, towels, paper towels, paper plates, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate and popcorn! This place was clean, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. As a bonus, it was centrally located to all the places we went - Bear Country USA (go right when it opens! ), Reptile Gardens, Storybook Island, Dinosaur Park, and of course Mount Rushmore and the National President Wax Museum. Our vacation was amazing and we were extremely blessed to stay in the comforts of this property! Thank you so much to our hosts!!

GREAT RESPONSE TIME AND ISSUE RESOLUTOION

OVERALL HAD A GREAT STAY! HAD A FEW MINOR ISSUES WHICH WERE IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HOPE TO STAY THERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
