Ideal for families, couples, or groups, this well located apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with a large balcony and easy access to the village’s amenities and nearby beach.The apartment accommodates up to six guests, featuring three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, ensuring convenience for all guests.The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and all essential utensils for home-cooked meals. A smart TV with a box, hairdryer, and washing machine are also available. For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.Guests benefit from two private garage parking spots and access to an elevator for added convenience. The apartment’s spacious balcony provides a great space to unwind while enjoying the surroundings.Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay.The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts: - 2EUR per night; - This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old. - This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
