I called multiple times and was repeatedly told it had been fixed, but the room remained at 27–28°C for hours. After midnight, they finally admitted it was not working and asked me to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was completely unacceptable. The next morning, instead of handling the situation professionally, they questioned my version of events and made me repeat everything again. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel."
