The lovely interior design creates a soothing atmosphere with a bit of funk, making the perfect vacation feel away from home. No parties, events or filming. No smokers of any kind. Cute and clean little spot in a nice neighborhood, owners were very nice and it was great to see some things in the fridge courtesy for us (even though we only had the waters) and no crazy long checkout cleanup checklist like I usually see on here.

Host was wonderful! There were waters and snacks in the fridge ready to eat, the check in and out process was easy, location was nice and quiet for the weekend and so close to Downtown Riverside as well as the plaza! The space provided was perfect for the four of us!

I loved the unique design of this property. The art inside was spectacular and snacks/bathroom accommodations were very appreciated! I do wish there was a designated outdoors smoking area within at least a 1 mile radius of the property but the lack of one is understandable. I am a little bummed I accidentally left a few personal items (2 Polaroid pics) at the property and never received a response back from our host regarding this. Otherwise great experience

Nestled near the City

Anyone familiar withRiverside understands that it is a republic of neighborhoods and this location would be considered one of the best. Anyone visiting Riverside for business at UCR,CBU or Loma Linda will find this unit close enough to the main attractions but still quiet and rural enough to allow you to relax. The place was clean and had all amenities.
