"We stayed Friday through Sunday and our room was never cleaned. Saturday when we returned from an all day outing, we had to contact the front desk to complain and ask them to bring clean towels, and empty the trash, which they did promptly. Sunday morning we had to go to the front desk to replace our cream and coffee packs and water, which was complementary in the suite. Also, we had breakfast Saturday morning and it was disappointing that they didn’t have an omelette station for the price charged for breakfast. We really liked the size of our room, it was clean upon arrival and the staff was great!"

"Staff was very rude and not helpful. Rooms nice but full Jed’s not queen. No extra pillows or blankets. Internet connection poor. "

"This was a first choice hotel a few years ago. Since it has been mediocre. The rooms need paint and the carpets need updating as well. Parking during busy hours are challenging with a single line for multiple cars. The bar closed at 930 on a Saturday night. Food was ok as well. "

"Would not stay again. Needing updates. Basic simple inquiries to staff were responded to in an irritated and not helpful manner. Only good thing was the size of the room (but not the quality) & the location."
