Not a great experience. I’m not disabled but I was assigned a room for the disabled so the shower was roll-in accessible. I have no issue with that but the rubber strip that keeps water within the confines of the shower wasn’t working so water spilled out and got my things wet. The strip looked cruddy too. The carpet needs to be replaced. The biggest issue I had was w/valet/reception. My car was retrieved and parked in front of the hotel - unlocked and running. I tipped the valet and left. I was 20 mins away when a light in my car indicated that the key wasn’t detected. I called the hotel and they said, “oh yeah, room XXX. We have it.” I asked why they didn’t call? I explained that had I turned the ignition off, I would’ve been stranded. I would not have been able to get my key unless I paid for an uber there and back or someone from the hotel dropped it off. He said they always keep them at the front desk so no one can steal the car. I said was it left unlocked and running and I was able to drive away so I guess holding the key wouldn’t have kept someone from stealing it. Anyone who has a car with a key fob knows the car won’t start without the key. Naturally, since the car was running, I presumed the key was inside the car. Luckily, I never turned my car off so I was able to retrieve it myself but it was aggravating and added 40 mins to the trip. Btw- they weren’t busy when I returned so there had been ample time to call me.

Clean room, friendly staff. All kinds of services and great food. We also got gift bags for our dogs and our toddler filled with toys, and goodies. Would recommend this hotel to a friend and stay here again.

The bathroom door was jammed and couldn’t shut it…they did fix it. The heat never turned on. Couldn’t get it to turn on… it was set at 68 and it would not go any higher. It never turned on even though it was cold on the room. We didn’t know that until we returned at 10:30pm. Large stain on the carpet. Won’t stay there again or recommend it. You expect more from a Hilton.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel and since our last stay, they have updated the lobby. They removed the hotel bar and replaced it with a rolling bar cart that is open 5-9 and no bar stools. Just not as nice as it used to be in that regard. However, the staff is always nice and pleasant, easy to work with and the rooms are always great. For the one night we were there, a perfectly acceptable experience.

The hotel’s pool was very cold and not useable. Although Expedia said it has a restaurant, it had none; only a breakfast bar. I had brought my grandkids and it fell far short of my needs and expectations.
