Had reservations… get there late in the evening. They had no rooms… oversold by 15 rooms with no other hotels available in the city. All they said was sorry, your problem!!! Very unprofessional!!!

It luxurious and very comfortable, the menu was pricey and no free coffee in lobby for when your trying let people sleep in.

The pictures were falling out of the frames in the room. Furniture was old and damaged. Carpet seemed really dirty. Lobby was very nice.
