The Hyatt was very comfortable, however the TV was not working in my room, I let them know when I checked out. Would have felt better about it if the response had been oh I am so sorry and we will get someone to take care of it! My response however to me was oh it must have been on the wrong Chanel. It was a small inconvenience since I had my I pad with me however the response is the way you feel about things .

Excellent friendly staff. Loved the breakfast options that were different everyday of my stay. Only inconvenience was that there was no microwave in rooms. They have only one small microwave in business center on first floor. They need to upgrade that and get a bigger better one.

Great staff, hoping they get their renovation soon

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with the customer service here. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is pretty rundown. There are pictures of “what’s to come” in the lobby so I assume there are renovations planned, but we booked this trip based on images online that looked much nicer than what we got. Our room had several tolerable maintenance issues in the bathroom - the file floor was so warped that the door almost wouldn’t close and had to be forced shut. The shower head was covered in hard water deposits and made a high pitched squealing noise for most of my shower. Furniture and carpets had some noticeable stains. The pool was extremely worn down looking and didn’t seem very clean. Again, I hope plans are already in the works for renovation because staff was great.

I had a very disappointing stay. Despite multiple requests, I was never given fresh sheets during my time at the hotel. The lady at the front was also rude when we asked if we could get new sheets after coming back to the hotel and seeing that the bed sheets nor the towels had been changed.

Very Disappointed

The hotel needs to be updated. I was disappointed in the hotel overall. Unlike the Hyatt Places I’ve stayed in previously this hotel & the breakfast left something to be desired. Will not stay again until this place is renovated.
