The Hyatt was very comfortable, however the TV was not working in my room, I let them know when I checked out. Would have felt better about it if the response had been oh I am so sorry and we will get someone to take care of it! My response however to me was oh it must have been on the wrong Chanel. It was a small inconvenience since I had my I pad with me however the response is the way you feel about things .

I was getting locked out of my room every time I went out of the room on the first day. Did not have towels and body wash when moved into the room. Room service never came over the weekend to pick up dirty towels and replace new towels or to make bed. Had to ask the front desk each of these things to be done.

Do not recommend this place and DO NOT CHECK IN AT NIGHT.
Very dirty and smelly bathroom and shower. Mold growing on the shower mat that’s rolled up etc.
Previous stayer smoked in room, still reeked of the smell and the couches have stains everywhere and on carpet.

Pool has dark areas missing bulbs. Rooms need vacuuming, no maintenance after 5pm, garbage is left in hallways and not picked up until the next day. Don’t like that a bag of garbage was left by my room, I called staff, no one picked up the garbage
