Outstanding shuttle service! The room was clean with comfortable beds; bathroom was also clean and modern. I stay at Loews Rosemont every time I visit Chicago. The location near the fashion outlets was also a big plus.

Very stylish and clean room and bathroom. Bed, pillows and comforter were very good quality and quite comfortable. Airport shuttle takes 10-25 minutes, runs every 15 minutes 24x7 and the drivers are very nice.
