I booked the room for the pool for my baby boy… he never got a chance to get in the pool because there were kids jumping in splashing and rough playing in the pool… so the next morning we were first in the pool but still couldn’t get in because the pool was filthy dirt and hair all in the poool… there was no late check outs and the pool remained closed so we. The first room I had carpet smelled terrible like it was moldy they put me in a different room and that room smelled like raw sewage. They wanted to accommodate me to a different room but I didn’t want to switch to another room for another disappointment so I slept in my car til the next morning

The Rooms are very outdated everything is so old bedding was dingy bathtub drained very very slow and dirty exhaust fan did not work will not be staying there again until they do a complete room makeover. The breakfast was very good I liked the happy hour and the staff was very friendly

This is my usual go to place to stay but this stay was not good. The bottle of body wash provided was empty after the 1st day asked for it to be refilled and it was refilled my whole stay. Housekeeping left their spray bottles in the room. The gym equipment 1/3 treadmills worked, doesn’t look maintained.

The tub did not work. The water was backed up, and there was other people‘s pew hairs in the water nasty nasty! The pool was nasty. The water was dirty. There was foam, you could see the dirt on top of the foam. Only good thing was the breakfast and Richard the bartender very kind and friendly. Made us feel welcomed
