We stayed in Rockford Illinois for a family reunion. Casey at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Mary did a great job with breakfast service as well! We really appreciated how attentive and kind they were.

The USB ports on the charger in the room didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to inform them and the clerk said “We know. None of them work.”. The entire hall smelled like weed. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Really nice overall, staff was great, breakfast was as expected and good especially for free. Several things weren’t working (hot tub, a tv, the phones) and the pool is really small. Otherwise pretty good!

I greatly appreciate the receptionist that checked us in. Very pleasant. The phones were down and could not contact them regarding our late arrival. The only other complaint is that they did not have soy or almond milk and the breakfast was very simple (fruit was not fresh).

Nice and Clean

The staff was great they made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom had lots of room tub was look like it was old. The breakfast had lots of options, but the orange juice tasted a little water down so there was no flavor. Would I stay here again? Yes
