Bed Bugs on bed. I have photos. Left the facility and notified lodging before I left. Sent photos to the staff at place and spoke directly with them. Requested a refund. They refused. Sent to Expedia. They stated that the hotel was not responding. The two companies put me in a “they have to” no “they have to” cycle. So, no refund. Seriously will not, after years of patronage, not ever use Expedia again. The hotel got some free money from me. They don’t care about people.

No customer service at all just a letter with my name on it and key cards just out in open. Worse part was huge trailer at front with huge anti israel basically supporting hamas saying dont forget the genocide. When your looking for a comfortable stay thats not exactly what you want to look out your window at.The door was broke had to slam it shut and run against it to open it. Ill definitely never stay at that chain again.

You have to take your own trash out. Toilet paoer holder was broke no one was at desk over a hour when we tried to check in. We left and came back and still waited
