Host was very accomodating to allow for check-in 10 minutes late. However, communication after that was very poor and messages were left read but unanswered. We had to rely on chance meetings with the host whilst they were on property to make our requests. Bathroom was very outdated and is in need of major fixing. The toilet was not completely attached to the floor and the seat was loose. Some times we could not get hot water as well. Room was very spacious. The listing says a lift is available which is true but you will still need to climb up and down some stairs to access the property.

No hot water for showers. They came to fix it and it still did not work. I wish I would’ve spent more and been closer to the downtown area. It was very economic. I guess I got what I paid for.

Cleanliness and the bathroom ruined the entire experience for us. The bathroom smelled really bad, we had to close the door when we slept. The shower was dirty and we had to wait long for hot water if there was some. We spent as little time as possible in that bathroom, it wasn't clean and it didn't smell clean. The room didn't have any items to eat or drink although there was a small item menu in the room. The hosts were great, no complaints there and the hotel is in a great spot. The host arenged for late night check in and checked in a few times about my location. The room had Netflix which was awesome and the balcony in the room had a great view. It really was just the cleanliness of the bathroom that was very bad.
