Appartement lumineux et vaste, confortable et meublé avec sobriété et bon goût.La literie est de qualité et les deux salles de bain trÚs appréciables. Le quartier est trÚs central, à deux pas du Campo Dei Fiori, une trÚs bonne boulangerie avec des pizzas à emporter, une petite supérette Carrefour... TrÚs calme à Noël. Enfin une trÚs bonne adresse.

l'adresse est idĂ©ale pour un sĂ©jour Ă  Rome ; on est prĂšs de tout ce qui est intĂ©ressant ; l'appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes ; il est confortable, relativement calme pour un tel quartier ; trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© sur le plan sanitaire ; une literie excellente. Il manquerait peut ĂȘtre certains Ă©quipements de cuisine pour qu'on puisse y prĂ©parer un vrai dĂ©jeuner. Une suggestion concernant la cuisine : prĂ©voir une prise multiple pur permettre de faire griller des toasts en mĂȘme temps que l'on fait chauffer de l'eau ! Sinon c'est un appartement

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment Gotta Pinta 3. Our host Francesca was good in communication and answering questions. She took care of booking a driver to pick us up at the airport to get us to the apartment. Check in was easy and smooth. We were blessed with an early check in in the afternoon. They do have storage for your bags if you have to wait for check in time so you can go explore while you wait. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends so makes for good privacy. Nice kitchen space. Living room was spacious and I noticed the couch is a sleeper sofa, but we had three of us so did not use it. The beds are firm and comfortable. The bathroom showers were great. A washing machine is provided in the apartment which worked great and a drying rack is provided to hang your clothes to dry. You can also reserve a driver any time prior to check out on the day you leave to get to the airport. The apartment has remote controls to operate the heating and air. The temperature was comfortable the whole time. I did love opening the windows for fresh air too! I highly recommend this apartment! I would definitely stay here again. We loved the location!

This was as the description said, a lovely apartment! We appreciated the coffee and tea left for us, and small condiment packs. Everything was clean inside the spaces. It was a nice place to relax after a day wandering around Rome. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and such close by. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The foyer entry to the building feels a bit old and ignored, there are trash and recycling cans in the small entrance, and the stairwell was dark and smelled a bit old and dusty. The small elevator worked well, you had to climb about 15 steps to get to it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The hosts Valeria & Francesca always responded quickly to my many inquiries. The check in process at Stow Your Bags was easy & fast and steps away from the apartment as we had to stow our bags until check in. The apartment was very clean and spacious and on a quiet street - having 2 full bathrooms for 3 people was great. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance. A 20 minute walk to the Coliseum and about a 15-20 minute bus ride to the Vatican. The Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona & The Pantheon were also very close by. I would highly recommend this apartment and if ever we’re in Rome, we will stay here again.

Excellent space and location

The check in instructions were very detailed, easy to follow, & graciously flexible (as we arrived later than anticipated).The apartment was clean & the perfect space for my husband, myself, & his parents. It was great to have 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms. There is 1 en suite. The 2nd bedroom is just across the hall from the other bathroom, across the apartment from the main bedroom, so we each had plenty of privacy. The living area was nice, though we never actually spent any time there since we were out exploring each day and night. The location was perfect, right between Campo de Fiori & Piazza Navona. Most everything was was an easy walk or quick Uber/taxi ride away. We didn't use public transportation, so I can't comment on the location of bus or metro stops. One thing to note is that shower experience is less than ideal. The hot water tank must be very small - I was unable to take a full shower (inc washing hair, face, & body) without running out of hot water, & I am generally a very fast shower-taker. I'd estimate the hot water ran out within 10 minutes. The adjustable height shower head in the ensuite bathroom was broken and would not stay up at "normal" shower head level, so it was necessary to hold the shower head in order to rinse hair after washing. Finally, there was no shelf to hold toiletries. Not a huge deal but worth noting so a person isn't surprised or so the owners might add that. Overall, excellent property! I'd definitely rent here again!

Perfect location to explore Rome

The property is just as described and convenient for exploring Rome. It is central to many attractions and easy to walk around the area surrounding it.It is clean, easy to access ( up one flight of stairs to the elevator) and check-in was quick and easy as well. Beds were comfortable and since we were two couples traveling together, we appreciated the privacy of each suite.

Perfect stay in Rome

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable. The location was impeccable centrally located to everything. The neighborhood has old world charm. Her associates helped us with the storing of our bags until the apartment was ready and then arranged airport transfers both ways. It was hard to leave. We will be back again.

Two Nights in Rome

We were in Rome for just 2 nights before flying home, after several weeks in Italy. This was our first time using VRBO, and it all worked out so well. We were with another couple and this apartment was perfect for the four of us (all over 60). The location is great, the space is lovely and comfortable and clean and quiet. The host was awesome - promptly answering any questions we had, and also helped us arrange airport transfer. We really enjoyed Rome and our lovely accommodations, and wished we had more time there.

Fantastic apartment in a really good location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I was very happy with our choice! Francesca was very responsive to any questions I had. She also set up a driver to take us to the airport, which was extremely convenient! An fyi for those with mobility issues, there is a set of stairs going up one level. Then an elevator if needed.
