Monica was amazing!!!! We had a rental car, she gave us the name a a parking garage that was close by. 10 min. Taxi ride 14 Euros. We were able to leave our bags with her only one of our rooms was ready. She gave us dinner places and mapped out the places we were visiting. We will definitely come back to this hotel. If you’re looking for fancy this isn’t it. It’s full of culture and character and we loved it!!

Maybe 50 steps to see the pantheon, cute charming large room and the breakfast was yummy! Our room had AC which was a huge bonus during hot July!! Restaurants and gelato shops right outside the front door. We will definitely stay here again!!

Location was great. A few blocks from the pantheon and other great sightseeing spots. Room was large and overlooked the square. Proprietor was very friendly along with housekeeping.

Very disappointing

Checking in the woman was very nice but that was the last time we saw her…we were giving a WhatsApp number that no one answers. We called and text. Room was never cleaned and we didn’t have the do not disturb sign up. We consistently tried to contact the front desk which no one was never there. The bathroom is full of mold and smells like it too. Mold is throughout the whole shower lining and the bathroom floor floods. Housekeeping is also the chef of the place. Breakfast was disgusting. Food was stale. I contacted Hotels.com and they weren’t able to get in contact with them either. I brought my partner to Rome for our engagement and birthday and I am beyond embarrassed and disgusted. This hotel should really be ashamed of themselves for this daunting experience. The fact that we STILL haven’t heard from the hotel tells you everything.

The woman that checked us in was so nice. After that, it went down hill. She was done at 8 pm that day then after that… it was a really daunting experience. We were given a WhatsApp number that no one answers. Privacy sign was not up on the door. Room stayed dirty until check out. Bathroom was FULL of mold. The trimming and shower had the most and leaks really bad through the doors.. The housekeeper is also the chef. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Also there’s no place to leave your bags/luggage..Contacted hotels.com and they couldn’t get ahold of them either. We continuously tried to reach out and no luck. Not how we wanted to spend my partners birthday and our engagement. I’m pretty embarrassed for booking this place to celebrate us and the hotel should be really be ashamed of themselves.

This historic hotel is in a most quaint square which is both charming and central to all the sites by walking. There are well worn Beautiful steps that may challenge some. Staff were extremely helpful and made us feel special. Lovely breakfast 👍

The hotel was terrible and the room completely disgusting. Overlooking the garbage. Breakfast was in the basement and terrible. Room looked nothing like on the website. Can't believe they would charge that much for this hostel like room which should he $50
