Incredible location close to everything. The apartment was wonderful with everything you need. The best part was the multiple terraces and the views. The only downside side was the hot water in both showers was not working the entire trip so cold showers if we wanted to bath. The host was responsive to our concern and sent someone to look at it. Unfortunately, the hot water issue wasnât fixed. Regardless, we would come back again (if there is hot water).
The roof top views are breathtaking and the location canât be beat. The entire stay was easy and comfortable. The charming old building has nostalgia and charm with all the modern comforts. The host was very helpful in arranging transportation and was flexible when our flights were delayed. Definitely would recommend this property.
Apt. is beautifully appointed, views are wonderful, location is perfect for sights, shopping, dining. Mgrs. were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. All 4 of us tried to sign onto WIFI. Could not because code printed in owners book was incorrect. Kitchen was well equipped and all in working order. Mstr bdrm is upstairs. Lovely views with abundant storage and great woodwork. Mattress sags and should be replaced. New pillows needed. Large functioning bathroom
We felt very safe in the building and the area. Loved the 3 terraces. Furnishings are a little tired, but only add to the charm. Toilets, a/c, hot water in great working order. Drapes and blinds are superb. The ap't was quiet by Roman standards.
We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The home is nice, the terraces are lovely, and the location is ideal.
More attention to communication, bedding, and kitchen supplies will make this a luxury experience.
One bed did not have sheets when we arrived. The comforter on that bed was badly stained and should be discarded.
Master bedroom twin beds pushed together made for very uncomfortable sleeping. A luxury apartment would have a king bed.
No top sheet was placed on the bed in master bedroom. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Comforter was too small for the bed. Blanket in master bedroom was badly stained. Higher quality bedding would be helpful.
None of the coffee pods fit the Nespresso machine. The dishwasher was full when we arrived. No paper towels, napkins, or dish towels were provided until after we requested them.
No batteries in the TV remote control. Had to send 2 emails to get this resolved
The instruction book did not apply to any of the items in the house.
Seating on the 2nd and third floor terraces is needed.
Instead of responding to our emails someone would sneak in while we were out to address a few of these concerns. Never received coffee for the machine. Finally stopped sending emails and just dealt with what was there.
Again, the house and location are very nice and could easily become a "luxury" experience. The first floor terrace provides a great morning and evening respite.
