The water pressure in the bathroom sink was nonexistent. The water was trickling out. Also there was not enough space to shower given how the curtain was situated. Essentially you have to wash yourself outside the shower, then come back in to rinse off.

Location is really close to Roma Termini so it’s ideal. Room was clean & comfortable . The bathroom had great water pressure & was very modern. Staff at the hotel were helpful & friendly . A great place overall

Lorenzo at the front desk was very helpful to us, and we appreciate him! The air conditioning in two of our three rooms had trouble getting to the desired temperature because it was so hot in Rome, but the hotel provided fans to assist with air movement.

We had the top floor room 501. It was quiet and peaceful and lovely to have a private terrace. Thankfully it has good air conditioning too! Breakfast was good, staff helpful and we would definitely recommend as it’s so close to Termini but away from the crowded side of the station.

This hotel was reasonably clean and very convenient (a 5 minute walk to Termini Station). There were plenty of restaurants and markets in the area. Breakfast was plentiful but unvaried (exact same thing provided every day — we stayed for a total of 5 days). The biggest drawback of this property was the smell in the rooms. We had two different rooms over our two stays (a total of 5 days) and both rooms smelled weird and musty. And one day we had no hot water.

The hotel was small but easy to get to from the Termini. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was really clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The only downside was the small road off to the right was smelly (urine) and a bit rough looking. It was perfectly safe though and would not put me off recommending the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Arrived hours before check in time and our room was ready. I know this can’t happen all the time but it was very much appreciated. The front desk staff member, I didn’t get her name, she was very kind and she took the time to point out several points of interest, quite handy after arriving in Rome for the first time. Also during breakfast, Mauro was always very welcoming, remembered our coffee order, he made a difference to start our morning. There was a glitch with the hot water at the property one evening but all was rectified and it did not cause any issue the rest of our stay. A/C could’ve been better but again, this did not take anything from our stay. Thanks team!
