Book Cheap Hotels in Roosevelt

"I had a tremendously disappointing and puzzling experience here. We checked in at 5:30pm. It appears a bit beat up as hotels in this price point go, but we just needed a place to sleep for 3 nights so we didn't expect a problem. The front desk staff was nice (Brianna and Khai). But the room smelled horrible. I thought it was maybe vinegar-based. My husband didn't agree. I cracked the window and went to tell the front desk we have a problem. Brianna came quickly and asked if we could leave for 10 minutes so they could Frabreeze the room. We said we're were leaving for the evening so We'd go right away and be gone awhile. We got back about 10 pm and were disappointed that it hadn't improved, even with the window open. I went to the front desk. Crystal was now lead at the front desk and Khai was still there. Crystal was courteous but sort of stone walled, told me they were completely booked, and wasn't really interested in any problem solving. She finally came out from behind the desk to check it out. She told us they used ozone to kill everything like mold in the rooms and humans can't be around when it's used. She left saying she would call the manager. I checked my phone to see if I could get a room elsewhere since this place was reportedly fully booked. I found lots so I went to the front desk. Crystal looked at me like she didn't know why I was there. I asked if she had any news. She said the manager said no refunds. I told her this is ridiculous and she called the manager."

"Tub was not clean and shower had a leak that soaked the floors. Very rundown rooms. Some do the cardio machines in the gym were not even plugged in so could not use. Staff was super friendly. "

"The hotel was great! It was very convenient to the airport and very clean! We appreciated the front desk staff person and enjoyed our stay, albeit brief. Thank you!"
