"The front desk staff, both when I was checking in and checking out, were both very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is taking a shower in the morning. I messed with the hot and cold for at least 15 minutes trying to get the water just warm, not scalding hot or freezing cold. It never did get warm so my shower was one of the worst ones I've ever taken. On top of the water temperature issue, when I was finishing my quick shower, I looked out from the curtain and saw that my slippers were really wet. I found where the problem was - the shower head that was attached to the pipe coming out of the wall had a serious'y strong stream of water going right out the side of the shower at the top of the curtain which caused a large flooded area of the bathroom floor. I used extra towels to lay on top of the water to sop it up and so that I wouldn't slip. I shared this info with the front desk person as I was checking out and she apologized saying that she'd speak with her manager so that I would get a voucher through the mail for a free night's stay at any Drury due to this serious problem. That was a very generous gesture. I just hope that I do get that voucher. Otherwise, I won't be booking at a Drury in the future."

"Room way clean ish. Stains all over carpet. Had a mildew smell. Toilet was broken. Holes in walls and peeling paint. When I asked for towels they told me they were out. Ac unit was falling apart. Only positive was they let pets be there and there was decent water pressure."

"We have stayed twice and enjoy the banter at the center bar. Have not tried any food yet, but the Casino is clean, well lit and busy on the weekends. Bartenders conscientious and attentive. "

"Great location not far from Rockville and Turkey Run State Park. Clean property and appreciated it being pet friendly to bring our 18 pound Maltipoo to enjoy a short vacation! Hot tub was excellent and nice fire pit outdoors with wood provided by owners. Be careful if u have small dog as ours was able to crawl thru openings in fence next to the roadway. Thankfully we got Milo back in quickly! Communication was excellent and got to meet Tony and Lisa in person. Well equipped kitchen and nice rural setting. Would recommend! "

"The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned all week. We were told that rooms are done twice weekly unless otherwise requested. We pointed out that both trash cans were full, we had a pile of dirty towels and were almost out of toilet paper. There were multiple people at the desk. They were all unapologetic but stated that our room would be done today. When we returned, one staff member stopped us and said that our room had been taken care of. When we got upstairs, we found our room almost exactly how we left it. Literally the ONLY thing that had been done is that the trash had been emptied. No clean towels, no more toilet paper, no beds changed or even just made. We were disappointed to say the least. If you're only staying a day or two, or are ok with no service, this place is ok for the price. "
