We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. We were in Florida for MLB Spring Training games.

Newer build, good location, well stocked, good for families. Mike was very responsive and quick to solve any issues that came up! Good location for golf, Gasparilla Island/Boca Grande, and several marinas and beaches.

Stop Scrolling!! This is the place to rent!!

We were coming to Florida to watch our son play college baseball. This place met our needs perfectly. This is a new or like new home and the photos are exactly how the place is. Mike and his wife were very responsive to any questions we had and were super easy to deal with for booking. They also allowed our 8lb dog to stay with us. We hope to make it back again next year and will not hesitate to rebook. Thank you for everything and allowing us to stay in your beautiful place.

We felt the property was great! The stay was enjoyable. The house was equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Only problem was communication with Vrbo or property owner. We received two different addresses. Attempted to contact for "change" but was unable to complete. That was the only disappointment.

Wonderful stay

Came down to go Tarpon fishing. Looking for a place to stay, finished the day with a nice surprise. Home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The home has everything you need. Plenty of room for parking, a huge backyard on a canal... No gulf access but very nice. Publix at the entrance to the neighborhood which made shopping convenient and easy... Will be back next year
