Upon entry, guests feel immediately at home in a carefully curated environment that is infinitely comfortable and effortlessly elegant, designed to accommodate a large gathering or a 5:00 cheeseboard with the same graceful aplomb. With a design that makes the kitchen, great room, and dining room the heart of family life, 10' walls combined with voluminous 12'-16' ceilings define the main living area creating a space best described as 'spacious but not ostentatious' with style characterized by thoughtful attention to symmetry and proportion. The upscale kitchen offers custom-crafted 42" soft-close cabinetry w/glass doors, a wine rack, pull-outs for spices/pans, and a coffee station. Wonderful stay and a wonderful property + owner
We were taken aback when we first stepped foot into the house. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. The pool was pristine, the indoor and outdoor kitchen area were better than expected and we enjoyed cooking a few meals for our family. Near several great golf courses that I’d recommend checking out Check in was seamless as was check out. Very clean property and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to questions. I would have no hesitation booking this property again.

Great vacation - Quality Home
The place was amazing. We spent most of our time in the lenai area: pool, outdoor kitchen and lounging. Outdoor TV was a great feature as well. Spacious indoors kitchen living room area. Loved the hot tub in master bathroom. Kids and grandkids spent some time with us there and everyone thought it was great. Dustin’s was very responsive on a few questions. We spent 13 nights there and are already planning a return trip for next year.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful, spacious pool home! Everything you could need was supplied. The outdoor pool area is phenomenal! The little ones loved the heated pool! This home is a short drive to restaurants and beaches. The owner is great to work with! We loved it so much that we have booked it for next year!!!

Wonderful Winter Get Away
We stayed 3 weeks in January. Our two adult children and 2 grandchildren joined us for a week. The kids spent a lot of time in the heated pool even though the outside temperature was only in the low 60s while they were there. And the owners supplied ample pool floats and toys. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the Cape Haze Bike trail which we used almost daily with our rented bikes. Several beaches are only a short drive away, but our favorites were those on Gasparilla Island. There are excellent restaurants in the area (be sure to check out Isabella’s for Italian!), but we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and ate in most nights, grilling fish from the near by Placida Fish Market. And Publix is only a short drive (or bike ride) away. Dustin was easy to get in touch with if needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we broke our rule for never staying in the same area twice and have already booked it for our winter get away next year!

Beautiful, Relaxing Home
Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time on the lanai—we loved the pool, the outdoor kitchen, and the outdoor couch/TV area. We saw an alligator in the canal daily—our kids named her “Allie.” The primary bath tub was also a favorite! Lots of R&R. Great Rotunda location close to beaches and shopping. Dusten was quick to respond and easy to work with. It was a perfect holiday trip!

Property was one of the nicer places we've stayed. Pool was definitely the best pool we've ever had. Only negative was the automatic settings on the pool. I wish we could have turned them off. Sometimes the waterworks were so loud we couldn't converse or hear the outdoor tv. Also, more lounge chairs would have been nice. We had 5 people and two loungers, but there were 3 really nice floats for the pool so it worked out. Same with whole house stereo. Sonos sound system was Excellent! However, we couldn't figure out how to turn off speakers in certain areas, it was all or nothing with those speakers! The home is in a nice safe neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and there is great running/biking trail about 1/2 mile away. Loved the fact that there were 2 kings and a queen bed. Bathrooms were great. Nice hot showers. We had one small issue that was immediately taken care of. The cushions were missing on the outdoor sectional, but hopefully were being replaced. The kitchen was clean and beautiful, however it isn't equipped very well. There are no beautiful dishes or serving plates. The pots and pans are mix and matched, and not enough flatware. There are lots of glasses though! Biggest negative of the whole trip was no decent coffee maker, only a Keurig. All things considered would HIGHLY recommend this property. We had a blast! Loved the guest manual they have. Very helpful. Best restaurant award goes to.. Farlows the Water! Thanks for the suggestions!

A Slice of Heaven
I stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks with a combination of house guests coming and going. It was the best experience in a VRBO home any of us has ever had. The essence of this house is total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. None of us felt the need to leave the property for entertainment. The home has so many spaces to enjoy. We spent almost the entire time on the patio and in the pool. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the alligators sun bathe on the banks of the canal. We watched the beautiful birds come and go and learned that they had daily habits that kept us entertained. The outdoor cooking space took grilling to another level. Dustin was an amazing host to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions that came up. This is a smart house and all the technology created some questions, but once we got the hang of it, we appreciated the ease of function. We will definitely be back. It is a dream home and Dustin and Sabrina thought of everything you could possibly need to make it a perfect stay.

Modern House in lovely Rotonda
We stayed at this lovely villa for three weeks as we visit Rotonda every year and have for the past 20 years. We have stayed in a lot of lovely homes and this villa is certainly one of the better ones. Inside the villa was very clean and has lovely furniture and the beds are very comfortable. Although we do not cook on holiday the kitchen seemed to have all the essentials apart from a toaster. Our priority when booking a villa is the pool and the area outside as this is where we normally spend most of our time and this is where we feel was a big disappointment to us. I don’t wish to be negative because we had a lovely time in Rotonda as we always do, but when paying the amount that we paid it would have been nice to have used the pool more but unfortunately it was far too cool, the sea was warmer and I can honestly say we have never said that before. We did report this issue to both Dustin and the pool guy. Dustin replied promptly saying it was reading 86 so in other words that is good enough. Well I am sorry but obviously 86 is not warm enough for us, each guest has a different tolerance to water temperature and being British we like a warmer pool. There was also only 2 sun loungers under the lanai which is not sufficient for family groups. The furniture on the patio was very dirty and I had to cover them up with throws which is simply not good enough. So unfortunately we have to say due to the pool temp we probably would not return which is sad to say.
