Super friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived (even though we interrupted a 'very important' rugby match when we checked in 😉). Our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Helpful staff, the room was comfortable, but a little dated. Had some trouble getting the air conditioner to work (not helped by the available instructions being for a wall mounted heater)

Good spot to stay in Rotorua

A nice place to stay. The front desk did everything they could when they realised they hadn't given me a room with two beds. We got given milk free of charge and the internet was fast and the bathroom heater warmed up every room. Opposite Kaiaru park as well where you can see free thermal pools.

Very close to the city park with great walking paths around the geological hot springs. Also in enjoyed the "best meat pies bakery" right across the street. The room was clean and good for a one night stay!
