We spent a night here and were uplifted by the staff's warm hospitality and helpful nature. Our room was truly a haven - immaculately clean and spacious. We felt invigorated swimming in the heated pool and the mineral pool. We certainly look forward to staying here again.

Overall the stay was good. The condition is the carpeting was pretty poor and the smell when you first entered the room was very “cleanser-esk”. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t care to use the mineral pools as they were in enclosed structures that were dark and humid.

I liked the thermal pools at this property. Carpet needs a deep cleaning or removed entirely. Lots of cobb webs in thr thermal pool area. Lights were a nice touch in the thermal pool but needed maintenance as quite a fee weren't working. Staff was amazing and the breakfast was more than expected. Overall a nice stay

Smooth arrival and departure, with onsite laundry service and full kitchen made for an easy entry to Rotorua. Their thermal pools are private, with a beautiful, mural and evening time mini lights. The staffing team were consistently helpful, warm, and personable.

Very comfy room. Lovely mineral spa on site. Easy 10 min walk to Kuirau park with its thermal pools. Another 10 min walk to Eat Streat where all the restaurants are. Great. Can highly recommend.

Due to some issue with the natural hot water supply for the mineral pool, it was out of action for our stay . The managing staff more than made up for that with generous offers of vouchers to the aquatic center and dinner vouchers at a fine Irish pub .. all that and chocolate fish to welcome us .. legends !

Finding the Cleveland motel was a gem! The staff were lovely and welcoming. The lady at the front desk was delightful and so informative. We always felt safe. There were trampolines and swings for the children. Unfortunately the thermal pools weren’t working however they provided meal vouchers and swim vouchers to make up for it. The room and fridge was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for 2 nights. Two decent sized bedrooms. You need a car to stay here as it’s not walking distance. Overall better thank expected given it’s 3 stars.
