Cozy home with a pool! 5 minutes to Rotorua Town Centre.

This lovely home is situated 5 minutes to the Arikikapakapa Gold Course, Te Puia, and Rotorua Town Centre. Basically all Rotorua activities are close to our home. Right outside our house is a bus station for easy travel. In the yard, we have a great outdoor area for lunch and also take a dip in the pool. The house complies with NZ Healthy Home Standards. It has a fire and heatpumps in the living room as well as heaters and electric blankets in all individual rooms.
