I booked this hotel as it had 2 pools and breakfast in the restaurant. 24hrs after my cancellation window closed they emailed to say they were “delighted” to share that both pools and the restaurant were being refurbished and therefore closed. I was meant to be given a voucher for breakfast at a nearby cafe but wasn’t and when I realised the reception was locked up and I never saw it open again. We were apparently in a luxury kingsize with a balcony, I’ll let you decide when on the balcony from the pics. There was no aircon and the room was 29 degrees constantly, there was a fan but it just moved hot air around. The room wasn’t serviced not that that mattered as we was only there 2 nights. Another small gripe - there were only 1 pillow per person with no extras available in the room.
