It's a lovely home but was very musty and needed to be aired out and cleaned before we came. After a day of airing out the house that was fine. Location was great, the variation of the house catered to our needs. We had great comms with James. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful property right next to the lake. Not far from town. 7 of us stayed for 2 nights and would happily come back again. The paddle boards and kayaks were great fun. Very quiet neighbours. 10/10

Lake House Plus

We toured NZ for 2 weeks and spent 3 nights in the middle of the trip at the house. Unfortunately weather wasn't on our side, but have all the space, games, and great kitchen available meant if we were going to be rained in, we landed in the right spot and had some great family time.

Fantastic Stay in Holden's Bay

What a fantastic place to stay in Rotorua. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. The house had everything we needed for our family of 5. The kids loved having a game room and a large yard and the adults enjoyed sunsets from the beach. Highly recommended.

A great place for our family celebration, allowing for everyone to interact in the fun and games, to make the connection between the birthday girl and the children and grandchildren, times that they will always remember with very fond memories!The location so close to the water allowed for much enjoyment using all the available toys on offer! Great Large Family Lake House

This house was amazing! We had 9 of us and the kids all got their own beds, plenty of bathrooms, great kitchen and the best of all, the location! Right on the lake with a sandy beach with kayaks, paddle boards available to use. My kids loved it! Also close to other activities in Rotorua.

Fabulous location and great space for large group

We enjoyed our stay! Great location to get everywhere and enjoyed the paddleboards and swim in the lake. Big enough for our group to cook and stay together. Highly recommended.

Excellent holiday home!

This was a gorgeous property in the most beautiful location. We loved that the lake was on our doorstep. Just note that there are lots of sandflies so sitting outside in the day (or night) can be a bit tricky. James was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Overall a great weekend getaway spot!

Peaceful place.

Awesome spot and home. All the amenities were good and lots of games and activities were supplied which was great. Could just blob or do stuff. Absolute lakefront.
