This quintessential ‘60s bach has been upgraded with a brand new kitchen and has all the essentials to whip up a meal. Three well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to eight guests, while The Blue Bach provides a bathroom with separate toilet and washing machine.

Step through French doors and onto your spacious decking. With outdoor seating and a BBQ, grab a glass of bubbles while being surrounded by the glistening Lake Rotoiti! Experience the lake with two kayaks provided, while you’re situated on a generous section with additional outdoor seating and plenty of off-street parking.

Located just 30 minutes from central Rotorua, there’s an variety of adventure and culture in the area to experience! The natural geothermal Waitangi Soda Springs are just a 10-minute drive, while the start of Hongi’s Track native bushwalk is just a 6-minute drive away. Journey into Rotorua to enjoy all the famous attractions – including the Skyline Luge and ZORB Rotorua!

As the property has direct access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

While the property welcomes pets, it isn't fully fenced so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times.

Although the property is pet-friendly, pets are not allowed on furniture and beds.

There are life-jackets available to use with the kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.

Please note as the property is situated on a main road, there may be noise associated with this.

All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.

Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.

All guests should take extra care when using the upper bunk beds as these do not have guard rails to prevent falls.
