The house is located in the north of the island in the town of Sa Pobla. The place is just 10 minutes by car from the main centre. The property has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The living and dining area is spacious and wide, it has a well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary so that you can enjoy your holidays.

In the exterior you will find a covered terrace, a good-sized swimming pool and a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant meals with family and friends.

READ BEFORE BOOKING: good property, poor management

The property is lovely, if dated, and situated in a serenely remote area surrounded by fields. The downside of its remoteness is that there are lots of mosquitos (outside and inside), wasps and rodents most concentrated around the pool area which made us nervous around the pool. The owner was kind to frequently come daily and exterminate/clean up, but still made us nervous with our kids. There is no A/C on the property (as advertised), which made it oppressively hot in the evenings. When we opened the windows in the evening we were all covered by mosquito bites even when keeping the lights off (which meant we had to spend the evenings in complete darkness) and still were sweating in our beds - our children woke up repeatedly each nightdrenched in sweat and inconsolable. Even with windows open temperature inside the house at 2am exceeded 30 degrees. Upon flagging the temperature issue, management declined to do more than provide 3 poorly functioning fans (for a family of 5!), despite requests for more. They were appallingly unsympathetic, dismissive of the health concerns in our party and told us we were overreacting and did nothing. So unless you are used to sleeping in 30+ degree heat swarmed by mosquitos, strongly recommend you book elsewhere (as I wish we had) if you want a pleasant stay in Mallorca. With better management that cares about their guests this place could be a 5/5!

Saubere Unterkunft mit tollen Pool

Das Objekt liegt am Ende der Autobahn, deshalb Verkehrslärm aus der Ferne zwischendurch zu hören. Objekt sehr sauber, der Pool wird immer wieder gereinigt. Liegen sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden.
