A fantastic stay at Villa Flores

We booked the villa to stay over our wedding at a nearby venue and it was absolutely perfect. It looks beautiful in the pictures but is even more beautiful in real life, so spacious, bright and airy, and spotless too! It has everything you need already there (including children’s toys for those with children!) and the hosts are just the loveliest people, they contact you via Whats App and give you instructions/ tips which was super helpful. There are lots of amenities close by, and Puerto Pollença which we loved was only around 20 minutes drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay, will absolutely be back!

Diverse Probleme - Preis/Leistung nicht verhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸig

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war leider nicht so angenehm, wie wir es uns erhofft hatten. Es gab mehrere Probleme, die den Gesamteindruck getrĂŒbt haben.Hier die Hauptprobleme:- Erheblicher BaulĂ€rm vom NachbargrundstĂŒck – sogar wĂ€hrend der Ruhezeiten. An Entspannung war nicht zu denken.- UnverschĂ€mtes Verhalten der Nachbarn, inklusive Beleidigungen. Absolut inakzeptabel!- Nicht erwĂ€hnte Ruhezeiten von 20–8 Uhr, die uns massiv eingeschrĂ€nkt haben.- Dreimaliger Stromausfall, den wir selbst beheben mussten – inklusive Klettern ĂŒber das Eingangstor, weil es keinen anderen Zugang zum Sicherungskasten gab.- Mangelhafte Betten: Das Bettgestell war nur Dekoration, und die Matratzen steinhart. Schlafen war eine Qual.- Lose Holzlatte am TĂŒrrahmen, die einem Mitreisenden auf den Kopf gefallen ist. Ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko!Trotz Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer gab es keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass wir nachtrĂ€glich eine kleine EntschĂ€digung von der Agentur erhalten haben. Dennoch hat die Unterkunft in keiner Weise unsere Erwartungen erfĂŒllt. Wir wĂŒrden sie definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Eerst en vooral moeten we hier benadrukken dat de service die Ron ons gegevens heeft exceptioneel was. Bliksemsnelle reacties en fantastische tips waren voor hem niet overbodig! De villa was in perfecte staat en is exact zoals je hem op de foto’s ziet. Heel erg bedankt Ron!

Una villa encantadora, donde respiras paz y tranquilidad

Tiene unas muy buenas vistas. Nos recibieron con una casa muy limpia, acorde a las fotos y una buena botella de vino tinto de la región (se les agradece mucho). Los blancos de son de alta gama con almohadas para escoger y colchones de calidad para descansar. Una sala muy cómoda para platicar por la noche o ver una buena película en la tv La cocina cuenta con todo lo que te puedes imaginar para preparar unas buenas comidas, ollas, sartenes de buena calidad y una variada cristaleria. Por el clima no nos tocó disfrutar de la alberca pero estuvimos en los camastros disfrutando de la tarde. Los dueños han pensado en todos los detalles para que la estadía se todo un lujo. La ubicación es perfecta por que esta a la mitad de la Isla y así se pueden visitar varios lugares tiristicos en menos tiempo. De verdad que hospedarse en esta Villa es un agasajo!!! Ron es muy comunicativo, tiene muy buenas recomendaciones. Gracias por todo!!

- Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet - Tolle KĂŒche - Schöner Garten und super Terrasse - Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer im OG nicht gut - Kommunikation der Poolreinigungszeiten bzw. Anmeldung per Klingel wĂ€re schön -> man ist immer wieder erschrocken wenn plötzlich jemand ohne VorankĂŒndigung auf dem GelĂ€nde vor einem steht - Babybett ohne Matratze nicht nutzbar (danke fĂŒr die schnelle Abhilfe)
