Our home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, restaurant, entertainment and more. Your family will be close to everything when you stay here. It is 3min walk to the Beeman park, where children can play in the well equipped playground, also 2min walk to the Gil Albiani recreation center, where you can reserve their facilities to host events. The space
Our home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 3 bedroom (queen size beds) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.
The house doesn't have a rear neighbor, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the grassland in the backyard with no interruptions.
It's also two houses away from the parks, where you can play soccer with children playing in the well equipped playground (the playstructure is 3min walk from the house).
It's 2 min walk to Gil Albiani recreation center, where you can reserve their facilities to host events, or enjoy the activities they are hosting throughout the year.
The house is also within walking distance from the Elk Grove Library.

We have high speed internet, also have Chromecast connected to TV, so you can relax on sofa and enjoy all the shows for free!
We have prepared 3 queen sized beds with pillow top mattresses for you to have a great quality sleep.

Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house, like the drive way or plenty of free street parking
- No parties allowed.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have cameras at the front door and back for security reasons..

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
