Vintage Beach Cottage located across the street from Sagamore Beach. This house is great for an extended family's vacation. Spacious home with multiple levels, large common rooms and a yard big enough for a game of whiffle ball. Views of Cape Cod Bay from most North facing windows and the patio.

Four Bedrooms located on the 2nd floor with a full bath. "Ship's Ladder" stairway to the 3rd floor BR with 1/2 bath. (Perfect sleeping area for teenagers or young adults but not recommended for those less mobile) Master Bedroom with a private full bath is on the lower level ground floor which is accessed by a stairway off the main level hall.

Easy access to the beach is located two houses down. Good location for biking to the bike path along Cape Cod Canal. Tennis courts and playground nearby. Your pet may be accepted with prior approval. Central AC to cool the entire home!

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 8 - This includes parking on the grass in front of the home.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
