We had no hot water the first morning. I told the person at the registration desk that morning. I emailed the property GM. I responded to a text asking to review the property. No response from anyone. When I returned to the property early that evening, there was still no hot water and the room had not been serviced at all. I told the desk person I was not paying. I feel like they lied to me and would have had me stay two nights in a row with no hot water. They say 100% satisfaction or they make it right - that is another lie. It was too late to find another hotel, so I ended up driving home 3 hours late that evening. Extremely disappointing stay with nonprofessional people managing and staffing the property.
