Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home off water with an heated amazing pool! Recently upgraded including a beautiful kitchen, 1 full bathroom downstairs, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and all 3 bedrooms are also located upstairs. Relax in the soaker tub in the master bathroom. Both guest bedrooms upstairs walk out onto a balcony overlooking the pool. This house is large enough for your whole family to enjoy. Bring your boat! There is plenty of room for your boat trailer and boat ramps within minutes nearby. Large garage big enough for a boat or even an R.V is available for use! *Pet Fee Applies, $150*

The pool is equipped with a residential heater; however, please note that residential pool heaters are only designed to effectively heat and maintain water temperature when outdoor temperatures are consistently above 65°F. During colder weather, especially below this threshold, the heater may run but will not be able to maintain the desired temperature. Pool temperature is also dependent on overall weather conditions, including cold fronts and wind.

St James City stay
Property overall was good, excellent communication with the manager. Property floors could have been cleaner and unfortunate pool is not in the sun. Beds were super comfortable. Trouble with switches which only work part of the time and in need of several lightbulbs.
