Beautiful Pool home on Canal!

Beautiful 3 bedroom home on deep Monroe Canal with a heated pool. Put your boat in the water and keep it at the house and avoid the ramp each day, fish from the dock, walk to restaurants, and enjoy! Swim in the pool after a day of exploring. In the home, you will find 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a beautiful kitchen with granite and plenty of kitchen items (the owner loves to cook and has lots of kitchen items). reclining leather couches and updated bathrooms. Enjoy time on the screened back porch with couches and chairs and fans, downstairs at the screened pool or shaded entertaining area that has lounge chairs, couch, picnic table, fire table for cool nights and more, along the large shade oak tree with serene waterfall or out on the dock. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Enjoy the sunset while you BBQ and swim. Great views and a close walk to local restaurants. Plenty of space in the garage for your bikes and fishing poles or anything else you bring.

The home is set up for the comfort of being home. When guests are not here, this is our home away from home so we have it set up that way. We have comfortable beds, cabinets full of towels, pool towels, extra linens etc. a kitchen full of everything you might need. We have extra fans in bedrooms for those that need night time noise. Washer and dryer in house on the main floor you are welcome to use. We can also arrange, for a fee, to have the cleaning service come periodically while you are staying at the home. Smart TVs with option to log into your streaming services plus cable TV.
We are within walking distance to Fuzzys restaurant for food and music, and to the marina for bait and tackle. The home is high and dry had no damage in the hurricane and is very well kept and nice finishes inside.
Plenty of space to park your vehicle and boat trailer and also space to park an RV if you come in one. Pool and patio downstairs are screened in for nice nighttime relaxing. Upstairs porch is also screened in. All sitting areas have fans, couches and chairs.

We are a quick boat ride to Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. We often go there for swimming and lunch!

No pets or smoking on property. 6 person maximum. Boat lift is not available to renters and is used to store owners boat but there is plenty of room for you to park your boat in the water in the protected alcove at the home and leave it in while you are visiting.
